Chukde faced numerous challenges in digital transformation, including establishing a solid online presence, streamlining supply chain management, ensuring data security, scaling for global expansion, and implementing real-time analytics. Additional hurdles included enhancing customer engagement, ensuring mobile accessibility, optimizing digital marketing, personalizing the user experience for a global audience, and upgrading customer support.


To tackle these, we developed a user-friendly e-commerce platform, optimized supply chain operations, and enhanced cybersecurity. A scalable IT infrastructure and real-time analytics tools were integrated for growth and decision-making. We also implemented a custom CRM for customer loyalty, a mobile-responsive design for broader reach, strategic digital marketing for visibility, personalized user experience features for international appeal, and an advanced customer support system for improved service.


Our Approach & Timeline

1. Agile, Brainstorming, and Design Thinking

In a month, our ten-member team dedicatedly crafted Chukde’s customer journey, involving brainstorming, information architecture, and initial layout design. This collaborative and creative phase set the foundation for our project.

The project’s challenge was to balance crucial elements like aligning customer value, optimizing business processes, strategic data collection, and CRM integration, all to create an intuitive and impactful customer experience.

Collaborating with Team Chukde, especially Mr. Rajat Luthra, Vikram, and Neha Bisht, was crucial. Their insights greatly aided our successful, solution-focused approach, enriching our experience.

2. Agile Methodology – Dev to Production

We adopted Agile methodology for Chukde’s project, enabling flexible and iterative development. By dividing the project into phases with regular reviews and goal-setting, we ensured adaptability and continuous improvement.

The Agile approach fostered collaboration, allowing us to align closely with Chukde’s vision. This method led to a successful project that surpassed expectations, delivering an impactful and intuitive customer journey.

The Quick View module on the website allows users to view product details and add items to their cart directly from the list page, without navigating to the product details page. (Recurring Orders)

The Subscription (Recurring Orders) feature on the website lets customers automatically reorder their favorite products. This makes it easy for them to get regular supplies without having to reorder each time. It also boosts retention rates and provides predictable revenue for the business.

Additionally, Chukde Club members gain access to VIP sales, early product releases, and personalized recommendations. This program enhances customer loyalty, encourages repeat purchases, and fosters a sense of belonging within the community. Ultimately, it strengthens the bond between the brand and its customers, driving long-term growth and success for the e-commerce platform.

Auto COD Verification

The Auto COD Verification feature on the species e-commerce website checks Cash on Delivery (COD) orders automatically. It uses smart technology to quickly confirm if orders are valid based on things like past orders and where they’re being sent. This helps speed up order processing and makes sure only genuine orders get through, reducing the risk of fraud. By doing this automatically, it saves time and makes the whole ordering process smoother for customers.
