With this aim, Akshay & Tanisha decided to make a full stop to this situation and launched INDIA’S FIRST PMS RELIEF VITAMIN GUMMIES with the name Auntfloh.

Challange

There was only a single product, and the website must not look blank. It should be girlish, cute, hygienic, authentic, fast loading, super impressive order panel, and most importantly, the checkout process must be smooth and easy.

We have conducted a UX survey related to this concept on the vertical of PMS and eCommerce journey and problems. We identified the key sets and designed a data-driven 100% customer-centric UI & UX. Our single aim always is to increase customer experience.

Our Approach

Agile Brainstorming is something that we love to do with the client. It helps us in defining an ideology & refining it with sprints.

Exploring new ideas, implementing & experimenting with the feedback made it more efficient to achieve our goal.

Cart page is an important part of the customer journey. We utilised the empty cart page to upsell products.

By integrating Whatsapp quick order on the website, we have seen 20% of interested buyers enquiring about the product.

Some of them were more interested in learning about the product first than going to place the orders. Whatsapp chat builds confidence and makes communication convenient.

Spin the wheel

We designed an in-house wheel spinning game for better customer engagement. It offers the customer a random discount. The admin has full control over the content and offers available in the wheel.

It helps customers to get discounts and store owners to get more sales. It’s a win-win for both.
