Defining Customer Experience (CX) is always a challenging task. It requires in-depth R & D on targetted persona.
We had to design a User Interface (UI) which creates a strong emotion and results in a better CX.
Speed, Security and Scalability are the major aspects that we consider during staging and deployment.
There was only a single product, and the website must not look blank. It should be girlish, cute, hygienic, authentic, fast loading, super impressive order panel, and most importantly, the checkout process must be smooth and easy.
We have conducted a UX survey related to this concept on the vertical of PMS and eCommerce journey and problems. We identified the key sets and designed a data-driven 100% customer-centric UI & UX. Our single aim always is to increase customer experience.
Agile Brainstorming is something that we love to do with the client. It helps us in defining an ideology & refining it with sprints.
Exploring new ideas, implementing & experimenting with the feedback made it more efficient to achieve our goal.

The idea of placing this girl is to showcase a bold, modern & self-empowered woman.
We have integrated Seezle for EMI’s in the payment methods. So we can empower the users to pay a minimal amount per week.
We have kept the variation easy to use. It should be cute, user friendly & stand out with tags like “Best Value” or “Best Seller”.
We made the chekout process easy and convenient for a better shopping experience.
A new product requires a new presentation. With the card layout the user can see what’s next and get the same view on all devices.
The overlay button helps in improving the click through rate and improves the UX on long landing pages.
We made popup cards to concise the information. Users can get to know about all the ingredients without leaving the page.
We designed a custom reviews engine to showcase the customers’ reviews, images, videos, and star ratings about the product.
To encourage the visitors for being recurring customers, we have introduced discounts on subscriptions.
Cart page is an important part of the customer journey. We utilised the empty cart page to upsell products.
By integrating Whatsapp quick order on the website, we have seen 20% of interested buyers enquiring about the product.
Some of them were more interested in learning about the product first than going to place the orders. Whatsapp chat builds confidence and makes communication convenient.
