Brief About Role:

Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to customers. You must have a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. You need to generate leads and close deals. You will be responsible for business development.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of key IT concepts and solutions, including web technologies terms e.g. domain, hosting, mobile apps terms, software, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with various industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to understand new technologies quickly and adapt to changing landscapes.
  • Proficiency in managing details in CRM.

Business Understanding:

  • Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
  • Ability to explain the business benefits to the clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure contracts and drive revenue.
  • Communication and Relationship Building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
