Visual Designer – Digital, Web & Marketing Creatives (1-3 Years)

Salary Bracket: 2-6L CTC

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Visual Designer with a strong sense of composition, typography, and modern digital design trends.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on web-first and marketing-first design, understands how visuals influence buying decisions, and can deliver clean, commerce-ready creatives at speed.

You will work closely with marketing, UI/UX, and performance teams to create assets that are visually strong, on-brand, and execution-ready.

Who Should NOT Apply:

  • Designers focused only on print or offline creatives
  • Those uncomfortable with fast turnarounds or feedback
  • Candidates unwilling to explore new tools or trends
  • Designers looking for slow, repetitive work

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design website creatives, including:
    • PDP banners
    • Collection and homepage banners
    • Promo tiles and landing page visuals
  • Create performance marketing creatives (static; motion is a plus)
  • Design email campaign visuals, banners, and headers
  • Create catalogues, lookbooks, and brand decks
  • Translate briefs into clean, conversion-focused, commerce-ready creatives
  • Maintain visual consistency across platforms and campaigns
  • Deliver high-speed, high-accuracy design iterations
  • Collaborate with marketers, designers, and developers

Required Skills (Must-Have):

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in visual / graphic design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent sense of:
    • Layout and composition
    • Typography and spacing
    • Visual hierarchy and balance
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, multi-project environments
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Required Skills (Good to-have):

  • Motion design familiarity
  • Basic understanding of video editing workflows
  • Experience working with retail, fashion, or D2C brands
  • Exposure to performance marketing or CRO-driven design
  • Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted design tools
