With their products now available in over 18 countries, Chukde’s success is a great example of high quality, traditional tastes, and new ideas. They stand out as a symbol of the richness of Indian cooking around the world.
Defining Customer Experience (CX) is always a challenging task. It requires in-depth R&D on targetted persona.
We had to design a User Interface (UI) which creates a strong emotion and results in a better CX.
Speed, Security and Scalability are the major aspects that we consider during staging and deployment.
Chukde faced numerous challenges in digital transformation, including establishing a solid online presence, streamlining supply chain management, ensuring data security, scaling for global expansion, and implementing real-time analytics. Additional hurdles included enhancing customer engagement, ensuring mobile accessibility, optimizing digital marketing, personalizing the user experience for a global audience, and upgrading customer support.
To tackle these, we developed a user-friendly e-commerce platform, optimized supply chain operations, and enhanced cybersecurity. A scalable IT infrastructure and real-time analytics tools were integrated for growth and decision-making. We also implemented a custom CRM for customer loyalty, a mobile-responsive design for broader reach, strategic digital marketing for visibility, personalized user experience features for international appeal, and an advanced customer support system for improved service.
In a month, our ten-member team dedicatedly crafted Chukde’s customer journey, involving brainstorming, information architecture, and initial layout design. This collaborative and creative phase set the foundation for our project.
