Security is a significant concern when it comes to this level. It’s the reputation of a brand like Arvind Internet, which is handling the data of millions of its customers. We are complying with multiple country data guidelines like GDPR, CCPA etc.

1. Agile, Brainstorming, and Design Thinking
It took 1 month of brainstorming to define the customer journey with ~20 team members, information architecture & the first layout based on brand guidelines.
We had to think about many factors e.g customer value proposition, business processes, data collection & CRM integration to make an intuitive customer experience.
We are thankful to Team Omuni for working so well with us specially Tapan from CRO, Arun from Head of Marketing, Hari from Graphics Designing & Santosh from DevOps.
2. Agile Methodology – Dev to Prod
We have divided the projects into sprints (pages & sections). The implementation, review meetings, feedback, and revisions, deployment to production went so well.
We wrapped this project in the next 3 months using a highly secured CMS framework based on PHP Drupal. And we delivered with 101% satisfaction! Still Maintaining & securing this project!
