We are hiring for a Senior Sales Executive job profile. Who will help us generate business for our EdTech product StartAR. The idle candidate should have a prior experience in book sales. You must have a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. You need to generate leads and close deals with schools and distributors. You will be responsible for handling sales in Delhi/NCR region.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Sales Executive

• Achieve Targeted sales on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through meeting school administrators, channel partners, calling & networking
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Ready to travel extensively, to meet clients and complete the sales targets

Travel Areas: This is a 100% travelling job and would need extensive travelling, Candidate will be required to cover Delhi/NCR.

Skills required

We believe you must have the following skills to fulfill our expectations:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the education industry & dealing with schools, minimum 2 years of experience
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Proficiency in Hindi & English
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Attitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel;
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English)
• Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
• Bachelor’s (Preferred for this role)
• Familiar with the current AI tools
